The household income must exceed 3x the rent amount per month
Each applicant may not have any felonies on a criminal history
Applicants must have good rental history
Each applicant’s score must be above 650 to qualify for a standard deposit. Scores between 550-649 may be able to be approved but will require a double deposit.
