Shearer Realty, Inc. began in 2006 with Dave Shearer wanting to open a property management company in Charlotte, North Carolina that provided exceptional care and attention to both property owners and the rental tenants.

With experience as a real estate broker and a designation in Residential Management Professional from NARPM (National Association of Residental Property Managers), Dave has since grown the company to where it is today. One of the most trusted, family-oriented, and professional property management firms in North Carolina.

Dave Shearer is the Owner and Broker in Charge and has obtained the (Residential Management Professional) designation from NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Dave has been managing and selling investment properties in the Charlotte area since 2002. Dave was the Charlotte Regional Chapter President for NARPM in 2009

Andrew Shearer

Property Manager

Andrew Shearer works as a property manager and holds a North Carolina Broker‘s license. He has managed properties in Charlotte, NC since 2005. Dave’s son can help you buy, sell or rent any real estate such as houses, condos, villas, apartments, townhouses and more. Andrew is also a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.

As the office manager, Betty works closely within a variety of aspects for the team to ensure that things are organized and requests are delegated to their relevant departments.
